If you are a regular client or a new client we can still get your taxes completed by either dropping them off to us or uploading them to our online portal at Smart Vault. If you wish to sit down face to face we are able to do that too. If you need a link to your online portal follow this link. If you are a new client let us know and we will create an account for you and send you a link. We do need you to fill out our drop offform and engagement as you do every year. We do need current copies of your Drivers License and social security cards of dependents. (note: we do collect a $100 retainer for new clients which will be applied to your invoice)
We look forward to working with you and will get your tax return prepared as quickly as possible. If you are self employed and need help organizing your income and expenses try downloading our pre-formatted expense spreadsheet that will help keep you organized all year. Upload it with your tax return with the rest of your tax documents. We do need a copy of your driver’s license as well. You may take a picture with your phone and text it to us at the number below.
Do you own rental property or flip houses? We have an rental expense spreadsheet for you too. use one for each rental or flip.
There is a drop off box on the left side of our building underneath the staircase. Please text us if you drop off there so we know they are out there.
Once your taxes are completed we can email you a link via Docusign to sign your return. Make sure we have your current email address(s) on the drop off form and cell phone number.
