As of today, the estimated percentage of refunds not yet released by the IRS are:
– for returns filed 01/23 – 01/24, approximately 55% have not yet been released by the IRS.
– for returns filed 01/25 – 01/28, approximately 60% have not yet been released by the IRS.
– for returns filed 01/29 and beyond, the IRS has released very few refunds.
